Rock the Inspector is the fifth Inspector found in Decision 3. A former athlete, he volunteered with the ECC and became proficient with melee weapons, flame throwers and heavy armour. He is also known to call attention to himself and leap into battle "shaking the earth". He is hard to find.

Trivia[]
Rock is almost certainly a reference to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Not only does he have a similar name and appearance but the gear he provides is built around melee combat and a flamethrower. The "Quake Leap" might also refer to the film San Andreas.
